Raley's is a retail company focused on providing excellent customer service and community impact. They are seeking an Operations Team Leader to oversee store operations, manage team members, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

Assuming complete responsibility for all phases of store operations in the absence of the Store Team Leader

Assisting with forecasts and schedules, and also monitors labor to be consistent with store sales and budget

Be able to manage department leaders to include: interviewing, hiring, training and development, delivering on-time performance appraisals, providing feedback, scheduling, counseling and terminating

Leading, training, coaching, and communicating with all Team Members

Operating a register and accurately handle customer credit/debit payments

Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints

Ordering, rotating, and stocking product throughout the store

Create first-rate store conditions by sustaining excellent in-stock conditions

Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store

Developing future leaders

Ensure compliance with all company and store policies and procedures (and thus compliance with all state and federal laws applicable to this industry)

Enabling a high-performing team through effective evening scheduling, efficient task assignment, recognition, fun, performance management and accountability. This includes documentation and performance evaluations
