Responsibilities
Learn clinic standards and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) workflows to ensure alignment across departments
Draft and propose OBL standard operating procedures
Build relationships with vendors for equipment, supplies, and medications
Support licensing and credentialing efforts with the ASC/OBL Director
Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training of clinical and administrative staff
Manage staffing schedules and daily assignments
Lead employee orientation, training, and performance reviews
Oversee inventory control processes
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical teams
Recommend updates to patient care policies
Promote a positive image of the facility to patients, physicians, and the community
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Three (3) years of nursing experience
Current RN license in Tennessee
BLS Certification
Preferred
Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
Experience in an Ambulatory or Outpatient Surgery Center
ACLS certification
