The Senior Manager, Deal Finance will provide financial and analytical support to the Paramount Distribution group, developing analysis and insights to support renewal and new business efforts.

Responsibilities

Develop deep knowledge of key affiliate agreements, particularly pricing and packaging

Develop financial models to analyze economics of distribution deals. Evaluate proposals, prepare financial scenarios and develop a point of view

Conduct company and industry research

Ensure compliance and documentation for audit purposes

Prepare presentations for senior management

Ad hoc analysis and special projects

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance

2-3+ years of experience (Analyst) working in a highly analytical environment (investment banking, business development, consulting, strategy groups)

Intermediate plus skills in Excel (build financial models) and PowerPoint. Must be comfortable working with large data sets and databases

Must possess impressive analytical and communication skills

Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment

Great teammate with robust project management and organizational skills

Curious businessperson with the ability to develop creative solutions
