Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Strategy Build a holistic sales plan to achieve revenue and margin targets

Be the Face of Kerry Understand customer needs and deliver solutions using Kerry’s unique technologies

Defend and Grow Business Protect core accounts while identifying new opportunities through market insights and research

Lead Negotiations Manage contracts and close deals that drive sustainable growth

Build Relationships Foster strong connections across customer organizations and Kerry’s internal teams

Drive Engagement Schedule and lead in-person customer meetings to strengthen partnerships

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering (MBA a plus)

8–10 years of commercial experience in food ingredient manufacturing covering flavor or ingredient solutions for confections, nutrition bars, or chocolate markets

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%
