New Grad, Entry LevelSystem One is partnering with a client in the banking industry seeking for a Temporary Recruiter here in Downtown Tulsa. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for retail banking roles, managing a high volume of daily interviews and coordinating complex schedules.

Responsibilities
Manage recruiting for retail banking positions
Conduct and coordinate 5–6 interviews per day
Schedule and manage interviews across multiple stakeholders
Review and screen resumes
Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Prior recruiting experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling
Preferred
