Responsibilities
You’ll be one of the first engineers at Rovi and own large parts of the product end-to-end
You’ll talk to customers, decide what to build, and ship it
You’ll work directly with the founders, set the engineering bar, and make product decisions that shape the trajectory of the company
Build AI agents that make care effortless
Build predictive systems that catch problems early
Build systems that drive efficiency and engagement
Build infrastructure that scales
Qualification
Required
3-7+ years of engineering experience, strong in Python, React and TypeScript
Full-stack experience across frontend, backend, data infrastructure, and ideally some AI workflows
Experience building automation or agentic systems in production
Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong PostgreSQL / SQL skills and solid database design
A track record of shipping user-facing products end-to-end, not just pieces of a system
