Responsibilities

Solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment

Build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the client’s mission by modernizing and automating various customer processes

Use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements

Work with the development team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements

Analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements

Required

Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods

Experience with Web development, including XHTML, HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular, and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion

Experience with ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB) administration

Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow

Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web services

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification
