JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules. This role involves partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions that improve HR processes and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

Prepare Functional Design Documents (FSDs) and configuration workbooks

Analyze current HR processes and recommend Oracle Cloud HCM best practices

Participate in design workshops across modules including:

Core HR

Payroll

Recruiting

HR Compensation

Canada Benefits

Assist with configuration and ongoing maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules

Support definition of security roles, workflows, checklist tasks, flexfields, and lookups

Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and perform end-to-end testing with business teams

Validate configurations, integrations, payroll calculations, accruals, and eligibility rules

Collaborate with integration teams (OIC, Payroll, and 3rd-party vendors) to validate inbound and outbound integrations
