Responsibilities
Driving to different customer locations to represent Everworx and provide amazing customer service to our clients
Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining networked office equipment such as (digital networked copiers, scanners, laser printers and color copiers)
Partnering with other service technicians to ensure all client needs are met
Documenting all work done and maintaining logs of problem resolutions for future use
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience providing outstanding technical customer support
Excellent working knowledge of technical concepts such as: PC hardware, driver install, networking, scan to folder/email SMTP Servers
Very organized, excellent communicator (written and verbal), and have strong time management skills
Ability to think outside of the box to resolve customer issues
Valid State driver's license and a clean driving record
Able to lift 50lbs without assistance or 75+lbs as a team (2 or more people)
