Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a large enterprise IT transformation program. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules while supporting PMO reporting, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6
Track progress, critical paths, baselines, and perform what-if analysis
Prepare WBS, maintain schedule accuracy, and resource loading
Coordinate schedule updates, reports, and cross-functional dependencies
Identify schedule risks and maintain risk registers
Support PMO reporting and project governance activities

Required

7+ years of experience as Project Scheduler or in Project Management roles
Strong MS Project or Primavera P6 expertise
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Advanced Excel and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Preferred

Experience in large enterprise or IT programs
ERP implementation experience (SAP preferred)
Agile and Waterfall methodology exposure
Power BI, SharePoint, Jira experience
Financial and labor forecasting knowledge
