Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims, applying technical knowledge and human relations skills to effect fair and prompt disposal of cases

Process new insurance policies, modifications to existing policies, and claims forms

Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to compile information

Navigate through claims processes concerning automobile accidents, property damage, or injuries

Present cases and communicate with internal and external counsels

Analyze information gathered by investigation and report findings and recommendations

Engage in bilingual communications, ensuring clear and precise exchange of information with all stakeholders

Required

Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster or relevant position within the Claims department

Fluency in two or more languages, with strong emphasis on verbal and written competencies

High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
