Leading a team of manufacturing engineers to deliver results that meet customer requirements

Developing and implementing manufacturing engineering solutions

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve program objectives

Assigning tasks and reviewing work of the manufacturing engineering team

Demonstrating a hands‑on approach to hardware and manufacturing floor processes

Possess an Interim Top Secret clearance to start

Deep knowledge of new product development & introduction

Manufacturing technical skills

Experience in assembly, test and integration

Experience in automation development

Experience in complex electrical, mechanical, and electro‑optical processes

Leading a team of manufacturing engineers

Developing and implementing manufacturing engineering solutions

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve program objectives

Assigning tasks and reviewing work of the manufacturing engineering team

Demonstrating a hands‑on approach to hardware and manufacturing floor processes

Preferred

ACTIVE Top Secret Security clearance

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly

Experience with manufacturing automation applications

Experience in capacity & capital planning

Understanding and wide application of assembly and test methods

Statement of work and proposal development experience

Experience with Make-Buy generation and strategy

Experience in the design of manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining and material handling

Knowledge of Manufacturing Readiness Level and/or Manufacturing Readiness Assessment (MRL/MRA 1-8)
