Responsibilities

Handling and researching inquiries and requests through multiple contact points such as phone calls and email
First point of contact for assisting Advisors and their staff with inquiries and requests
Initiating outbound calls and emails to third-party sponsors and carriers to research commissions and trails
Supporting teammates and the department on other compensation tasks and activities
Sharing ideas to improve and enhance the advisor experience

Qualification

Customer service experienceFinancial services experienceMicrosoft ExcelCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsAdvisor roleSIE certificationDynamicsClient WorksOracleCritical thinking skills

Required

1+ years in customer service related or comparable industry
1+ years of experience within the financial services industry
1+ years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft excel (pivot tables experience)
Excellent phone communication and listening skills with a focus on understanding each advisor's unique needs
Self-motivated and adaptive to a fast-paced, changing environment
Organizational and critical thinking skills
Understanding of the advisor role

Preferred

Customer service background with ability to provide excellent experience to clients
Experience taking inbound calls and making outbound calls talking to advisors
Experience with tools such as Dynamics, Client Works, and Oracle would be a plus
Experience with compensation and making corrections would be a plus
Bachelor's degree in finance
SIE certification
