Director of Client Operations
Wave Wealth® is transforming wealth management by prioritizing client interests and providing tailored financial solutions. The Director of Client Operations will oversee daily operational activities to enhance client satisfaction, manage accounts, and implement strategies for improved workflows and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Own and oversee all client operational workflows, from onboarding through ongoing service
Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive communication
Manage account administration, paperwork, custodial coordination, and money movement
Identify inefficiencies and design improved processes to enhance accuracy, consistency, and client experience
Maintain high service standards while supporting firm growth and increasing complexity
Collaborate closely with the advisory team to ensure operational excellence supports planning and advice delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
Proven experience in Operations Management and process improvement
Working knowledge of financial planning and investments
Ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Preferred
Prior experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a plus
