Customer Service Specialist III

Responsibilities
Assigning, routing, and adjusting workloads of field service personnel in daily operations for all customer service and company committed work
Answering a variety of inbound technicians, first responders, and emergency customer calls
Handling calls that may require additional research and follow up
Providing after-hours technician support and maintaining 24/7/365 coverage of customer emergency calls
Receiving, routing and assigning all orders for the Natural Gas Business Unit
Optimizing workloads when the operational environment changes
Assessing the nature of service call or emergency and employing appropriate human relations skills to fulfill accountabilities
Scheduling service work and emergency response to a 3-state service area which operates on a 24/7/365 schedule
Monitoring work flow for approximately 350 Service Technicians
Qualification
Required
HS/GED
Ability to handle inbound technician, first responder, and emergency customer calls
Analytical skills and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries
Comprehensive knowledge of field operation workflow
Independent judgment to optimize workloads
Ability to assess the nature of service calls or emergencies
Human relations skills to fulfill accountabilities competently
Ability to schedule service work and emergency response
Ability to monitor workflow for approximately 350 Service Technicians
