Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in organizing and managing case files, including maintaining document databases and electronic records

Proofread and format legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, files motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures

Maintain calendars for attorneys and paralegals, including scheduling appointments and calendaring all relevant deadlines

Answer incoming calls and route as appropriate

Required

Minimum of high school diploma required

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

2+ years of administrative assistant experience, with at least 1 year experience working on litigation matters preferred
