Responsibilities

Perform structural/dynamic tests for subsystem and vehicle levels

Contribute to spacecraft structural/dynamics test planning, equipment and instrumentation selection, and data acquisition

Maintain and document test instrumentation, setup, plans, procedures, and reports

Coordinate across groups to define and verify requirements

Verify test specifications have been successfully followed

Required

3+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience

Experience in dynamic testing of hardware

Experience testing to aerospace standards

Experience in random vibration testing

Preferred

5+ years of experience in dynamic testing including random vibration, sine, and shock testing

Knowledge of Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)

Knowledge of Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS)

Deep knowledge of aerospace testing standards and techniques
