Explaining judiciary policies or procedures to customers or clients, including program eligibility requirements
Reviewing correspondence and data processing output for accuracy

Answering telephone inquiries
Operating various office machines
Performing related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Dependable and detail-oriented individual
Ability to enter data into the Automated Case Information System (ACMS) and the electronic case jacket (eCourts)
Ability to explain judiciary policies or procedures to customers or clients, including program eligibility requirements
Ability to review correspondence and data processing output for accuracy
Ability to process mail
Ability to answer telephone inquiries
Ability to operate various office machines
Ability to perform related duties as required
Ability to use a keyboard, no minimum speed
Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite
Ability to perform work which requires climbing and prolonged standing, stretching, bending and reaching
Ability to frequently lift and carry supplies weighing from 30 to 50 pounds and, occasionally, materials weighing up to 75 pounds
Possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform essential duties of the position
Authorized to work in the US according to Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations
Agree to a thorough background check that will include fingerprinting
Establish and maintain principal residence in the State of New Jersey within one year of hiring
