They are seeking a Business Management Trainee to join their entry-level leadership development program, where individuals will gain real-world experience in campaign management, event coordination, and business operations.

Responsibilities

Participate in business management and leadership training with experienced mentors

Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach and fundraising events, including logistics and staffing

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, venues, and community stakeholders

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

Coach and mentor outreach representatives to support performance growth and team development

Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization

Professionally represent nonprofit partners with integrity, empathy, and accountability
