BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORD/REP
River Oaks Hospital, a UHS affiliated hospital, is seeking a dynamic and talented National Business Development Representative to serve as the liaison between the facilities, the community, and referring agencies. The role focuses on creating demand for the facility’s services through effective marketing and sales methods, requiring extensive travel across the United States.

Responsibilities
Serves as the liaison between the facilities, the community, and referring agencies to increase awareness of the hospital’s specialized treatment programs to professionals across the United States
Is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods includes extensive travel
Key objectives will be to inform, educate, and communicate our programs and services to those who treat Eating Disorders, trauma, Active Military and Veterans
In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and the Business Development Team, presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community
Is responsible for implementing the facility’s strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals
Must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment
In conjunction with community resources, contributes to the maintenance of relationships with outside agencies, private practitioners, insurers and family members
Participates in county and regional meetings of the public mental health providers
Performs duties in accordance with the facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Human Services field
Extensive National Travel required
Travel Monday - Thursday 3 weeks a month, work from home on Friday
Work from home 1 week a month to plan/schedule/follow-up/zoom calls, etc
Preferred
Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting
