Responsibilities
Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal injury cases through settlement
Conduct verdict research and prepare written analyses of likely settlement ranges
Represent clients in mediations
Appear in court in Queens and Brooklyn as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of personal injury/tort litigation experience
Experience conducting verdict research (including comparable settlements) and preparing written analyses of likely settlement ranges is required
Extensive experience representing clients in mediations
Ability to appear in court in Queens and Brooklyn
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law
