Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Curate and manage the content calendar
Content Creation: Create, film, and edit organic social media content
Social Management & Publishing: Manage the daily "pulse" of the brand across platforms using Sprout Social. This includes scheduling posts, drafting captions, and managing approval workflows
Brand Voice & Community: Engage with the brand's community, ensuring brand voice is consistent and responsive
Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to translate high-level campaigns into platform-specific assets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
A strong portfolio showcasing authentic, organic social content work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience using Sprout Social for community management is nice to have
