Responsibilities

Lead and execute Epic revenue cycle optimization initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of Epic modules to enhance revenue cycle performance

Direct large-scale, complex projects and teams, producing meaningful results on time and on budget

Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions aligned with industry best practices

Drive business development by generating new client relationships and growing established partnerships

Provide expertise on Epic functionality, configurations, and workflow optimizations

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree required

Authorized to work in the US

Extensive experience (8+ years) in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, with a focus on Epic systems

In-depth knowledge of Epic modules such as Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, and Cadence

Proven track record of successful leadership in revenue cycle optimization projects
