Clinical Sales Specialist

The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to grow the company's market share in the United States.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the company’s market share in their respective territory
Identifying and pursuing business opportunities
Providing educational support and guidance
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Providing exceptional support to healthcare professionals
Collaborating with the internal sales, marketing and product development teams
Conducting product demonstrations
Attending and supporting surgical procedures
Offering product related insights to improve patient outcomes
Meeting sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Must have past experience with the Ultrasonic Osteotomy Surgical Systems
Must have demonstrated and proven sales success in quota achievement
Must have proven surgeon relationships that will follow you
Proven sales expertise, negotiation skills, and experience in customer relationship management in the medical device industry
Proficiency in training healthcare professionals on technical aspects of key products
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse client audiences
Business acumen with excellent strategic planning abilities and the capability to analyze market trends and competitive insights
Flexibility to work remotely with heavy travel as required to meet clients or attend meetings
Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or healthcare are a plus
