Senior Manager, Business Development
DNSFilter is a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating a safer internet for businesses and organizations worldwide. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead the execution and coaching of their Business Development function while developing a high-performing team and driving pipeline generation.

Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives
Drive pipeline generation across Direct and Channel revenue motions through consistent execution
Set, track, and manage team-level activity, meeting, and pipeline KPIs
Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching, performance reviews, and skills development sessions
Partner with Sales Managers and Marketing on campaign execution, account targeting, and follow-up
Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp of new team members in partnership with Talent and Enablement
Maintain and continuously improve sales and business development processes, cadences, and CRM hygiene
Analyze performance trends and recommend incremental improvements
Travel to company and customer events as needed (up to ~20%)
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similarly related revenue role
2–4 years of people management experience, preferably leading SDR or BDR teams
Proven ability to coach early-to mid-career sales talent to consistent performance
Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing partners
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage performance
Analytical mindset with comfort using KPIs and dashboards to guide coaching
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Preferred
Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Cybersecurity or internet infrastructure industry experience
Prior hands-on SDR/BDR experience
