Responsibilities
Perform in-depth analysis of project-level and departmental legal spend to identify trends, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities
Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track legal operational and financial performance
Partner directly with attorneys and Legal Operations stakeholders, serving as a trusted analytical advisor to internal clients
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for legal leadership
Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives related to legal spend management and process improvement
Participate in regular meetings with Legal Operations teams and legal professionals to review findings and align on priorities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, financial analysis, legal operations, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
Advanced experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
Exceptional English-language communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with senior legal professionals
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Familiarity with PowerApps is a plus
Experience working with professional services, legal, or compliance-driven environments is a plus
