The Project Planner will be responsible for planning and managing manufacturing projects from initial contract review through final shipment, ensuring timely delivery of quality products.

Responsibilities

Review contracts, drawings, engineering data packages, and specifications

Create project estimates and initiate job releases from those estimates

Calculate material requirements using ERP software, and coordinate with purchasing to source materials and outside services from approved vendors

Monitor job progress and maintain accurate status reporting

Serve as liaison between production floor and engineering to address technical challenges

Keep program management informed of delivery schedules and proactively address any concerns

Own full project lifecycle accountability from planning through shipment
