Confidential company is seeking a Workday Analyst to enhance their use of the Workday Recruiting module. This role involves acting as the primary functional expert for recruiting-related configuration and operations, ensuring effective support for hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
Owning and advancing the organization's use of the Workday Recruiting module
Acting as the primary functional expert for recruiting-related configuration and operations
Ensuring the system effectively supports hiring teams from requisition creation through offer execution
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and technology partners to focus on usability, process efficiency, compliance, and long-term scalability of the recruiting platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Three or more years of hands-on experience supporting HR systems, with direct Workday Recruiting configuration responsibility
Experience supporting recruiting processes across multiple regions, including awareness of data privacy and regulatory considerations
Demonstrated ability to configure recruiting workflows such as career sites, requisitions, application steps, and offer processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to operate independently while collaborating with others
Proven track record of owning systems, driving improvements, and delivering reliable outcomes
Preferred
Experience supporting or coordinating integrations with third-party recruiting vendors is a plus
