TO HTW Juvenile Court Project Coordinator/Case Manager PT
Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is seeking a Juvenile Court Project Coordinator/Case Manager to work with individuals in the Juvenile Family Healing to Wellness Court. The role involves assessing client needs, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines while maintaining communication with clients and service providers.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and financial management to professional and administrative personnel in the Juvenile Family Healing to Wellness Court
Assess needs of clients through use of intake paperwork and individual interview
Complete weekly home visits of the participants in the Juvenile Family Healing to Wellness Court on a weekly basis
Attend weekly Healing to Wellness meeting to coordinate care with multi-disciplinary team
Maintain accurate and timely records of each client
Maintain confidentiality standards and complete required Releases of Information as necessary
Ensure that the clients meet program requirements for random drug testing
Serve as a transporter to juvenile clients as needed
Complete weekly client progress reports for Juvenile Family Healing to Wellness Court team staff meetings
Frequent contact with clients throughout the program duration
Work cooperatively with other agency administers to effectively achieve Juvenile Family Healing to Wellness Court goals
Contact, coordinate, and communicate with resources for treatment and other client needs
Conduct, record, compile, and store Juvenile Family Healing to Wellness Court data for use in program progress and evaluation activities
Conduct public presentations to promote awareness and education about the program
Develop and administer annual capital and department budgets; review monthly requests for services, past spending, and other monthly reports
Conduct invoice bill paying thru applicable software system
Prepare all required reports and data for grants awards supporting the Juvenile Family Healing to Wellness Court
Serve as liaison with Grants department in providing data and any additional information needed in grant proposal and application development
Adhere to client confidentiality and comply with department policies and federal regulations under the Privacy rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority
Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive, professional demeanor and image at all times
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, or related field
Two years experience working in the Human Services or Education environment
An equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered
Experience in working collaboratively across multiple organizations and community systems
Experience related to the appropriate recipient population
No felony convictions and no misdemeanor convictions in the past five (5) years
Must be able to pass background check to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position
Willing to work toward CADC certification
Obtain yearly HIPAA training and certification and BLS certification within probationary period
Must have a valid State of Michigan Driver's License with the proper designation required for the vehicle utilized to perform the job duties; must be able to obtain and maintain a Tribal Driver's License and qualify for coverage by SCIT auto liability insurance carrier
Preferred
Program development, planning and grant writing experience
Experience in data collection, complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
Experience with and knowledge of Native American traditions and culture
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and communication skills
