Senior LevelWorkiy Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the public sector healthcare environment. This role will focus on Salesforce solution delivery, platform stabilization, and functional design to support complex clinical and operational workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead and support Salesforce functional design and analysis
Facilitate requirements gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and prototypes
Support Product Owners and delivery teams in Agile environments
Configure Salesforce features including automation, reporting, dashboards, and security
Provide Salesforce administration and platform support
Manage user access, data governance, and system performance
Support release management and testing of new Salesforce features and apps
Deliver user training and ongoing system support
Apply service design principles and incorporate stakeholder feedback
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst in Salesforce environments
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration & administration
Strong experience with Agile delivery models
Strong experience with large, complex enterprise projects
Experience working with cross-functional teams including vendors and government stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be based in Canada and able to work in Pacific Time
Preferred
Experience in public sector, healthcare, or government environments in Canada
Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or similar industry solutions
Experience with large transformation or stabilization programs
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, or equivalent) are an asset
