Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex tax engagements
Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting
Review work prepared by staff and provide coaching to support their growth
Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring compliance and offering strategic guidance
Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on special projects and technical research
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
4–7+ years of combined tax and/or audit experience in a public accounting environment
Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Exceptional analytical, communication, and client-service skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
