Handling all aspects of discovery and trial work
Qualification
Required
At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending Workers' Compensation claims
Experience appearing before various Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) venues throughout California
Admission to the California Bar
Preferred
Experience with the Workers' Compensation Disability Rating Scale
