Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as outlined on the preventative maintenance work orders for all support equipment, presses, robots, and facilities
Must do data entry of PMs on computer
Must have PMs completed on time and filled out properly
Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workplace, i.e., maintenance shop, storage area, pump room, production floor and warehouse
Ability to use aerial lifts and fall protection
Work around high pressures and live voltages
Working around molten plastic and hot components
Ability to climb and crawl on and under equipment
Use of hand tools and measuring devices
Use of Maximo, ability to set up query, look up and complete PM's, create work order for major repairs, keeping inventory and proper stock of maintenance supplies
Ability to learn controls and functions of equipment
Self-direction to prioritize and take advantage of the down equipment to perform task
