Responsibilities
Perform onsite calibration of process equipment, including temperature controllers, autoclaves, safety analyzers, generators, benchtop multimeters, tachometers, and voltmeters
Support the entire processing system at the company plant, managing varied daily workloads based on the calibration schedule (e.g., pressure gauges one day, multimeters the next)
Utilize calibration software (training provided for Blue Mountain RAM) to document results and manage workflows
Crosstrain to support all areas of processing and assist with calibration needs across two additional campus buildings
Maintain equipment across broad ranges, including temperatures from -20°C to 150°C and voltages from 0V to 1000V
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of professional experience in a calibration setting working with test equipment
Associate's degree (AS) will be considered with strong, relevant calibration experience
Proven expertise in metrology, high-accuracy equipment (oscilloscopes, generators, safety analyzers), and ISO-traceable standards
Proficiency in navigating calibration management software and general computer literacy
Experience working within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
PMEL (Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory) or TMDE (Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment) training is highly preferred
