They are seeking a part-time Interior Designer responsible for developing and presenting creative design concepts and layouts for residential remodeling projects.

Responsibilities
Developing and presenting creative design concepts and layouts for residential remodeling projects
Space planning
Creating interior design concepts
Preparing construction drawings
Selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure designs align with project goals
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to optimize functionality and aesthetics
Experience in Architecture and preparing Construction Drawings
Strong understanding of FF&E selections, including materials, finishes, and furnishings
Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients and project teams
Knowledge of design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in residential remodeling or design-build projects is a plus
