They are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to assist the Account Manager with various customer service and production tasks, manage order flow, and maintain the library of trims.

Responsibilities
Assist Account Manager with account follow-up, including sourcing trims, preparing invoices, tracking orders and other customer service and production related tasks
Follow up with factories and vendors on shipping and logistics
Manage costing and pricing for new trims
Organize samples, collection and design room in the office
Entering sales orders in system, and managing order flow and supply chain
General office duties as needed
Maintain library of trims, marking approved trims and rejected trims
Maintain bulk trims for approval, ensuring it matches the developed trims
Qualification
Required
Assist Account Manager with account follow-up, including sourcing trims, preparing invoices, tracking orders and other customer service and production related tasks
Follow up with factories and vendors on shipping and logistics

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills)
Self-starter and highly organized
Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaborative skills
Comfortable on the phone
Knowledgable of fashion trends
Preferred
1-3 years experience preferred
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Background in sales preferred
Background in fashion preferred (design, production, fabric, buttons)
