Responsibilities
Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications
Manage patent matters from initial filing through allowance, issuance, and maintenance
Draft and file USPTO documents, including Office Action responses, IDS, amendments, and formalities
Maintain an active patent docket and ensure timely compliance with all deadlines
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of Domestic and International experience
Strong patent prosecution experience
Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications
Manage patent matters from initial filing through allowance, issuance, and maintenance
Draft and file USPTO documents, including Office Action responses, IDS, amendments, and formalities
Maintain an active patent docket and ensure timely compliance with all deadlines
Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign filings, including provisional, non-provisional, PCT, and national-stage applications
