The role involves executing in vitro and in vivo biological experiments for developing models to test experimental therapeutics and conducting mechanistic biology studies.

Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for the execution of in vitro and in vivo biological experiments necessary to develop cell-based and animal models for testing of experimental therapeutics and for mechanistic biology studies
The candidate will also perform relevant data analysis and interpretation, collate data for presentations or reporting, and present data at group meetings
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete laboratory records
Qualification
Required
minimum of a Bachelors degree + 2 + years experience or Masters 0-2 year
must have in vivo experience
must have in vitro experience
Strong in vitro and in vivo technical expertise is required
Tissue culture, transfections
Western blotting and ELISA
Molecular biology techniques
Mouse handling, injections (IP, SC, IV), blood and tissues collection
perform relevant data analysis and interpretation
collate data for presentations or reporting
present data at group meetings
maintaining accurate and complete laboratory records
