Responsibilities
Analysis of product assembly process through support for product assembly process
Support production of assembled products while complying with quality standards
Contribute to improving work processes by collaborating with the production site management team
Maintain a working environment in compliance with safety guidelines
Assist senior Engineers with new product assembly process development and improvement
Assist Industrial Engineer with optimizing assembly lines and workspaces within the factory
Corrective and preventive action process monitoring and improvement activity support
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in manufacturing environment with strong background in process or industrial engineering
Experience in OEM Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and quality control through internship or field training
Associate's degree in related major required (e.g. manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or related science major)
Understand the basic concepts of manufacturing process and quality control
Basic understanding of and ability to comply with safety regulations and procedures
Basic understanding of automated machinery and equipment
Ability to respond flexibly even in a changing work environment
Meticulous attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
Compliance with standard procedures and responsibility for safety
Must have excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic, cooperative, and displays a positive attitude
