The role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and telling the Golden Goose brand story while ensuring customer satisfaction through artistic abilities.

Responsibilities

Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience

Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values

Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options

Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service

Co-create special and unique items

Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information

Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales

Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation

Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed

Act as a Sales Associate when not co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out)
