Entry, Mid LevelThe Judge Group is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to support the Credit Contingent Desk and Macro Structured Solutions Trading Desk within Securities. The role involves supporting trading and hedging activities, including trade capture, P&L generation, and regulatory reporting, while interacting closely with various business partners.

Trade capture

Volcker Risk-based P&L Attribution review
Exception resolution
Project management
Position and trade maintenance
Trial balance substantiation
Regulatory reporting
Qualification
Required
A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required
Thorough understanding of how capital markets work within a trading environment
Experience in either a middle office support role and/or equivalent experience in supporting a derivative desk
Strong skill set of profit and loss attribution (Greek based PL)
Strong understanding of derivative pricing
Operational experience pertaining to capital market transactions
Conceptual understanding of either CVA, DVA, FVA, Basel II and Basel III, and Dodd-Frank
Ability to effectively prioritize while multi-tasking
Detail-oriented and respond in a timely manner to ad hoc requests
Strong in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and VBA
Preferred
Graduate work and/or other professional designations (MBA, CFA, etc) is preferred
SQL experience is preferred
Experience with trading applications such as Bloomberg, Calypso, and Broadridge is strongly preferred
