Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling modules to support business rules, accruals, eligibility, and compliance requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned deliverables, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations
Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and lead testing sessions to validate solutions
Troubleshoot complex issues across workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them
Support Workday releases and regression testing to ensure new features and updates function as expected
Contribute to planning and solution design activities, bringing subject matter expertise to client engagements
Support internal initiatives, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help improve practice tools and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Demonstrate increasing independence in client interactions, with a proactive and consultative approach to stakeholder engagement

Required

Minimum of 1 year experience with Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling
Current Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling certifications
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Previous experience deploying Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling for both large and medium enterprise clients with other Workday partner(s)
Full cycle implementation experience required
Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
