Responsibilities

Licensed Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience to support pediatric specialty pharmacy services

Acts as liaison between specialty pharmacy, clinics, healthcare teams, and patients

Provides specialty medication management, clinical monitoring, and patient education

Manages patient onboarding, prior authorizations, and medication access processes

Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to ensure safe, compliant, and effective therapy

Supervises pharmacy technicians and interns; supports training and onboarding

Participates in quality improvement and expansion of specialty pharmacy services

Requires active Pharmacist license and PharmD; specialty pharmacy and pediatric experience preferred

Contract role (3 months, potential extension/FTE), M–F, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
