Responsibilities
Define, deploy, and audit software and control engineering processes aligned with organizational standards
Lead process improvement initiatives across Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall environments
Coach engineers and managers on best-in-class development and quality practices
Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and training materials
Drive metrics-based process adoption, audits, and release readiness
Collaborate closely with Quality teams to implement and optimize tools and processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years in engineering, software development, testing, or process leadership
Experience leading process or quality initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and Quality Management Systems
Experience with in-house tool development (PowerApps, Power BI, Python preferred)
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Degree in Engineering, Software Development, or related field
