Responsibilities

Aligns programs and objectives to internal workforce priorities, in partnership with human resources and clinical operations
Independently manages programs, develops objectives, content, and logistics
Reports and analyzes programmatic outcomes and impacts and makes recommendations for continuous improvement
Creates positive learning and development experiences for the program participants
Aligns programs with organizational goals and workforce priorities
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes

Qualification

Clinical experienceProfessional developmentState licensure/certificationRole specific certificationBachelor's degree

Required

At least 5 years clinical experience required
At least 1 year professional development experience required
Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
State of National licensure/certification for clinical professional practice (ex. RN, RRT, PT/OT, etc) required

Preferred

Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience preferred
Role specific specialty certification (examples: NPD-BC, CPN, CCRN, RRT-NPS) preferred
