Responsibilities
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (ISC, Regions/Strategic Business Units, IT, Finance, Legal, HR etc.) to conceptualize, implement, and execute AI initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in measurable productivity, cost efficiency, cash flow and customer experience
Build and maintain strategic relationships with external vendors, partners, and AI firms to leverage the full spectrum of AI advancements for Trane Technologies
Oversee and coordinate multiple project teams, each dedicated to the successful delivery of specific strategic AI programs focused on tangible business benefits. Manage external firms to deliver on time and on budget
Lead the measurement and verification (M&V) process to accurately assess and quantify the financial impact of key, strategic AI projects
Demonstrate in-depth expertise in predictive AI, generative AI, and agentic AI technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives in a complex, global organization
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop multiple project teams simultaneously. Strong executive presence
Experience in implementing processes to quantify financial impact and business value of strategic technology programs
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of regulatory, ethical, and security considerations in the deployment of AI solutions within a corporate environment
Preferred
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or finance preferred
