Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution
Ensure alignment of M&A projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives
Navigate complexities associated with M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance
Apply Agile principles, with a focus on Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards and deliverables so that your projects are delivered with machine-like predictability
Implement SAFe practices for large-scale projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for M&A projects, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans
Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plan and manages all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints, and quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader within IT

Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a focus on M&A projects
Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance
Minimum 6+ years in very recent project/program management experience
With at least 4 years of that dedicated to running large IT projects
Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
