Responsibilities

Typically oversee scope, cost, and schedule of a project, working on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects

Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project

Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources

Required

BS in relevant discipline plus minimum 2 years or more years of directly related experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job. Related experience may be substituted for relevant education and vice versa

Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Clearance

Must be US Citizen

Proven experience in deploying and maintaining Container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and with various stakeholders

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred

Knowledge of DevSecOps methods/approaches and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of Computer Management Solutions, IT Cyber Policies, and common enterprise environments

Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
