Assist the Intern Program Team in the planning and execution of the Intern Program with an emphasis on the summer intern experience

Assist with program operations and communications, intern event execution, intern cohort and survey data analysis, and more

Required

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior or Psychology, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline

Familiar with talent acquisition principles, practices, and technologies

Demonstrated communication, organizational, and project management skills

Ability to travel during the internship up to 20% to support enterprise talent acquisition meetings and initiatives which could include intern program support, recruiting events, and campus engagements

Preferred

Project management experience

Experience developing and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences

Experience planning and executing events

Knowledge of digital marketing campaign development and execution

Strong communication skills

Data analysis and reporting

Tool knowledge/experience: Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, Canva, Teams, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), large data capture platforms (Tableau, SharePoint, etc.)
