Responsibilities
Support team as they conduct compliance and law enforcement actions for petitioning and approved institutions
Conduct open-source analysis to guide Federal Adjudicative decisions
Conduct review of Initial, Update, and Recertification Petitions in government database SEVIS
Update and maintain all records in the government database and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) database
Collect and record data and develop decision support content, services, or products
Provide general administrative support for multiple tasks that include but are not limited to meeting preparations and email management support
Respond to inquiries from the SEVP Response Center to provide status updates and/ or guidance on pending petitions in SEVIS
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust
Must be able to travel to DC a min of 4x per week
Bachelor Degree + 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Preferred
Active DHS Public Trust Preferred
